By doing business with me, you automatically agree to these terms of service and state that they are a binding contract.

I reserve the right to update these terms of service at my discretion, and to refuse or cancel business at any time.

You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

I am required by law to apply sales tax to goods and services. Listed prices do not include NC sales tax, which is 7%.

I retain artist rights over all of my work, and may freely use work to advertise my business.

I do not consent to any of my artwork being used in AI-generation, cyptocurrency or NFT/blockchain-related technology.

Payment is accepted upfront through Paypal or Stripe invoices.

Payment must be completed in full before I begin working on your commission. Payment plans may be discussed for larger commissions.

If payment is not received within ten days of invoicing, the commission will be canceled.

Private commissions, major edits in later stages of the commission process, and deadline requests will each enact a fee of 30% the quoted price. I must be notified of any requested deadlines upon initial discussion of a commission.

A clear visual reference of the character(s) is required for illustration work - written descriptions and "patchwork" refs are accepted for design work only.

Works in progress will be sent throughout the commission process for approval and edits. You are allowed to ask for updates and changes at any time. I offer one free total re-sketch of a commission at the sketch stage.

"Redlining" over a work-in-progress is accepted to show specific edits, however please keep in mind that you are commissioning me for my art style.

Turnaround time for most commissions is estimated between 1-3 months. Commissioners will be notified of any major delays.

I work Monday-Friday and will usually not answer DMs or emails on weekends.

Personal Use of commissions by the recipient is freely allowed, including printing of the artwork for personal use only.

Commercial Use must be directly discussed with me beforehand, and is not allowed without purchase of a commercial licensing fee.

I retain artwork ownership rights of all commission work.

Resale or transfer of commercial rights must be discussed with me by both parties, in which case the commercial licensing fee must be renewed by the recipient.

Credit for all commissioned work is required.

Full personal and commercial rights to a character design are included upon purchase of the design.

You may not use my original artwork of the design commercially or for profit, but you may use the design itself.

Owners may edit a design of mine that you own in any way you wish. Editing over my original artwork of the design is allowed - if you buy a design directly from me, I can make requested edits to the design within reason for a small fee.

Owners may sell, trade or gift any of my designs at your own discretion. A design may be bought with the intention of resale as a pre-made suit, plush, etc.

Owners of my designs are not permitted to create open or closed species based on that design or its unique traits, without explicit permission.

Credit for character designs is required.

Bases may be used for personal use and profit such as YCHs, custom designs, and adoptables.

Downloadable resources outside of bases, and free bases, may not be used for profit in any way.

All bases and resources may be used for personal use. Commercial use is prohibited.

You may edit bases, coloring pages, and resources as much as you like as long as the artwork remains free of sexually explicit or hateful material.

Reselling, rebranding, or redistributing any source files is strictly prohibited.

Credit for bases is required. Credit for other resources is appreciated!
